I heard about this company from a friend who is interning this summer with this company in NY. The company is privately funded and is the in the formational stages. I asked my friend who told me that the formal launch is not happening until mid-summer and a full launch is not slated until Sept.

The reason why some of these pages are open as opposed to the majority of the website which is still secured and non-viewable is that some of these sections are being referred in job ads etc.

Comapny is also deliberatively being discrete before the operations begin full swing. What I did hear from Omer is that these positions in the career sections are all for the Pakistani operations. They are also going to have London ops, and NY/CT based HQ.

The guys who have started this are a mix of Americans/Pakistani-Americans based out of Silicon Valley. Old foobies, inthe business for years, who made a clip in the dot-com era.

Lets see what happens. I applied too but I don't think I have the pertinant skills for the position. I am waiting for the business type jobs to apply, if they do ever open up.

7-REGIONAL QUALITY CO-ORDINATOR
Co-ordinates, monitors and reports the development and
implementation
of
Quality improvement plans/programs/procedures with respect to the
Academy’s work operations as per HO and international standards,
practices
and
procedures.

8-SECURITY SYSTEMS OPERATOR
Responsible to monitor and operate the computerized Security Access
Control and Alarm Monitoring system from the Control Room and
related
tasks.

9-SOFTWARE TESTER
Must have good knowledge of J2EE, Unifired Modeling Language (UML)
with
good
knowledge of Oracle tools and technologies including Jdeveloper,
9iAS
and 9i
database. Must be able to develop test cases during the analysis and
design phase out of the requirement and design artifacts. Preferable
to
have
experience in software testing including Black and White box testing
with exposure to software test automation including Record &
Playback
using
ROBOT.

10-SR. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS ANALYST
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree preferably in
Management, HR or Engineering with strong PC Skills and excellent
report
writing skills. Should have 6 to 8 years of experience in
implementing
Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures. Experience should
ideally cover thorough exposure to Hay system or any other standard

Evaluation system, Salary & Benefits Survey design and execution and

should be fully conversant with the applicable standards (BS/IEC/VDE
etc.) relevant to
the equipment with an ability to conduct courses in fundamentals of
building
electrical systems. Must have exposure to operation and maintenance
of
various AC & DC power equipment found in a telecommunication
building
with knowledge of cabling of power plant, planning and dimensioning.
Other
requirments to include ability to conduct training needs analysis.

12-SR. ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST
Masters degree holder preferably in Business or Public
Administration
or in any telecom Engineering discipline with 12 years of experience
out
of which

achieve improved business processes and Corporate efficiency that
enables the Corporation to meet its strategic objectives. Provides
professional
support to the organization & methods with proven ability to develop
and
execute development programs using coaching techniques.

13-SR. TECHNICIAN/POWER PLANT
Responsible to organize and supervise operation and and maintenance
of
AC and DC power plants, UPS standby generators and monitor/record
details of power plant performance and report on the progress of
E&M/Power
services executed by Contractors identifying possible defects.

14-SUPERVISOR ELECTRICAL
Responsible for Building Power distribution, low voltage
programmable
lighting control, motor control centers, computerized fire alarm and
fire protection systems, diesel generators, elevators, escalators,
coordination related to security system and building management
system.
