Well , it depends largely on what level you are at in your career. If you are in the first 3-5 years then you will need to depend a lot on online websites and recruitment consultants and basically any form of direct recruitment.
If you are at a management level or have a couple of years of experience behind you, word of mouth and building long term relationship with chosen recruitment consultants always helps a great deal.
