    Switched Telephone Network. and have a solid understanding of how
    calls are processed.

Work Hours:
This role requires occasional after hours or weekend schedules to
support Operations or Engineering sponsored HW or SW upgrades or
problem management responses. It is also required to carry a pager
and participation in an oncall rotation plan.

More Details on Job Description:
Position requires good interpersonal and communications skills and
ability to effectively manage relationships with business partners,
vendors, and other I/T based support groups.

Besides development work, the job requires significant support
efforts to insure that calls are routing properly and customer
experience expectations are met. Position also requires support at
the global level and has direct responsibilities for supporting call
centers in India, Panama, and Canada in addition to all sites in the
Americas including outsource sites. Project level support is also
included for new sites whether Dell badged or outsource.

Job requires administration of trouble tickets and work orders in
Remedy and documentation of call flows, business continuation plans,
800 number DNIS database entries and other requirements appropriate
to the maintenance of recordkeeping.

in Austin and Minneapolis. The ability to conduct on-site serve-

I/T portfolio mgmt and strategy position need to fill within 60 days

This is a manager level position which is just being created, I dont know all the details but I know the CIO of the company where this position will be at. The job is in Chicago.

they are looking for someone to be able to do analysis of IT projects, understand the business impact, and present the recommendations to the steering committee. The projects assessed would range from outsourcing activities, new apps, upgrading apps, infrastructure projects etc etc. recommendations would be to pursue, not pursue, delay, prioritize, etc and the business impact of those decisions. essentially building business cases for the initiatives.

Background is for someone who has a good technical and business knowledge. Essentially an MBA with a technical experience, or someone with masters in MIS but with a business background, not a job for techies or for MBA types with no background in technology.

major consulting company experience is very desirable, especially in the areas of I/T strategy. 5-7 years of experience. or a similar role with a multinational 5-7 years of experience.
