Description:
Individual package development (all transfer types- extended business trips, short term assignments, long term assignments, repatriations, localisations) : financial costing, including tax and social security calculations using tax software and compliance framework
Ensure solid understanding, interpretation and accurate administration of expatriate compensation and benefits policies and procedures
Coordinate all aspects of administration associated with new hires, transfers, merit increases, promotions, terminations for international assignments including but not limited to Employment documentation, Employee orientation/onboarding, Payroll co-ordination, Work permits, Pension administration, Social security, Tax and allowances, Stock Option Programs administration, Performance Management Program administration, Annual set up/Focal Point Review administration
Maintain and update Human Resources and Expatriate Management System on a timely basis
Maintain tax reserves and tax settlements within defined process
Ensure timely Foreign Compensation Collection Process (US and TCN expatriates) for tax return purposes
Manage Executive Income Deferral Process and administration
Manage Expatriate Benefit enrollment process
Maintain regular communications and relationships with: Expatriates, Field service support
Payroll, US TEQ department, Accounting, Relocation Department, Allowance, Tax and Relocation Vendors, Field HR personnel
