Program Director
A leading non-profit dedicated to providing youth development services to South Asian youth and advocating on immigrant youth issues in NYC, seeks a professional with minimum three years experience in the development, delivery and evaluation of youth programs. This senior position ensures that all services, to over 400 youth annually, are of the highest quality and are effective in achieving the organization’s youth development goals. Applicants should have proven ability to lead and manage teams; commitment to social change and understanding of issues facing South Asian youth in the US; excellent oral and written communication skills; strong interpersonal skills, with high standards for professionalism and success.
