Saw this on the dawn, might be of use for some Guppies:)

Motorola conducted job tests in the major universities of Pakistan. I talked to my classfellows at NUST and they told me about 18 people out of their 25 people computer engineering class made it, but will go through further screening in the form of an interview. Motorola will be paying them Rs. 40,000 per month, which is a good starting amount.

Thats really cool! 40000 is not bad for a starting salary

CSS exam & Pakistan Foreign Service

Im a student studying Politics and Philosophy Bsc degree at Oxford Brookes University in United Kingdom. Im a British citizen and have parental and cultural links to Pakistan. I want to persue a career in Pakistan, hopefully in civil service or foreign office and have been told by friends that I need to do CSS enterance exam. Is this exam applicable for non-Pakistan residents?? Does anyone know the procedure for this? Also I can read/write and speak urdu but not to advanced level, would this pose a problem?? I would be extremely grateful for any brother or sister, who could aid and assist me in my dream of working in Pakistan for the betterment of mine and my countrys future.
