I. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES
The duties include, but are not limited to conducting requirements gathering meetings with the purpose of defining the functional business and system requirements for a new software application. Information gathered from these meetings would then be documented in the form of use cases and a system requirements specification document.

The services of the Worker will include, but are not limited to the following:
A. Work with customers, project manager and others to clearly define the requirements.
B. Write clear, concise detailed system requirements specification (SRS) document in accordance to guidelines and standards.

A. Four (4) years work experience in systems analysis, including business and/or systems management.
B. Work experience in gathering system requirements and documenting them in a system requirements document.
C. Work experience conducting a complete and detailed analysis of a business process.
D. Strong analytical, problem-identification and process analysis skills.
E. Work experience translating business plans and requirements into information systems concepts.
F. Experienced in software lifecycle methodology, software development and software architecture.
G. Thorough knowledge of the software specification process.
H. Strong interviewing, facilitation, problem resolution, consensus building, and negotiating skills.
I. Ability to assimilate input from many different sources and present concise recommendations.
J. Work experience in writing data mapping documents encompassing multiple systems.
K. Strong oral and written communication skills.
L. Ability to communicate technical concepts to professional non-technical clients.

A. Three plus (3+) years work experience and skills in the use of MS SQL Server 2000, Access and other relational databases and thorough understanding of database design principles required.
B. Three plus (3+) years of work experience and skills with Microsoft’s Visual Basic 6.0.
C. Work experience with SQL Server including ability to define and create scripts for new objects, constraints and relationship, ability to write complex stored procedures, Transact SQL and Data Transformation Services (DTS).
