Need an area manager to run 15 cellular stores here in the greater Dallas/ Ft. Worth area. Needs to be a good muslim w/ experience in the retail business. Please send resumes to 817-861-9001.

Pay will be $1350.00 a week plus monthly commission off stores performance. All gas expenses will be paid and company car will be provided.

From experience, they are the only ones that last and run the business well plus I'd rather trust a good muslim gentleman with a family instead of hiring Jose Gonzales who shows me a resume that meets all the requirements and leaves me amazed and ends up screwing me over.

This ‘good muslim ‘ condition reminds me a Jewish fella who only used to hire people who are religious and do physical exercise on daily basis ….

When asked about his attitude .. he replied ‘ if one aint loyal to his religion and his body … he cant be loyal to my business ‘ ……..

Strange thinking … but it worked well in his case …..

We have other markets and believe me, it's just the only way to go now days. The main goal is to find an individual with family because they take responsiblities. Of course they have laws you can't ask how many children do you have? etc.. etc.. but we got our ways and pakiz tend to work really well. That's the only group I'm going with.

When it comes to be a screw up anybody can be a screwup. Cheating and dishonesty are not limited to any race, religion or gender. My partner in Pakistan was a Hafiz a Quran , belonged to a very respectable family of Ulemas. Was married with children. But eventually turned out to be a cheater with criminal background.
When asked why did you cheat , his answer was to be a good provider for my family. Lao karlao gull.

Indeed but I'm speaking for the majority here. Plus these requirements have a big reason behind it. We've tried it in 3 different markets and it's been successful so we're sticking with what's been working for us. I do understand your point of view though, you'll find a bad seed in every religion/culture/sect.

and i can show u the list of ppl * who were booted off their jobs after 911 just bcos they were muslims [some were born and raised in US but still were forced to quit]...so where was this law and rule then? its still happening but under the table. you send your resume and they'll not even consider you after reading ur name which sounds muslim or in some cases 100% muslim like ahmed or muhammad or sheikh etc. so to say discrimination doesn't happen in US is BS. it happens. laws are in place but no one gives a damn if they are not caught red handed/ faced.*

i don't have MUCH experience but then experience comes with the job. i do have lots of experience in IT and also with motorola so i know a bit about cell phones and stuff. as for being a good muslim. well i consider meself a normal muslim who doesn't jump up or down on every issue.

It's great that you post this here, but a job with such specific requirements (religious) can only be filled through networking and personal contacts. Everyone is religious, just like everyone is hard working, honest and a perfectionist.

It is a free country.....and you are entitled to have people work for you that you feel comfortable with and can communicate with a certain ethnic group, plus most Muslims do not drink Alcohol...........

When you have a business running with extremely important information floating around and you want to hire John Doe to fulfill your needs then go for it. I'm sticking with what best works for my business and I'm not discriminating, I've got over 40 employees over 30 are non-muslim so I rest my case.
