I am looking for a job in VA. I have a Bachlores degree in Health Services Administration with a minor in Business Admin. I am interested in web marketing and direct marketing. Any help would be appriciated.

I dont know anyone in that area in health care field. I would however encourage you to check out booz allen hamilton, their health care consulting practice is really good.

does your university have a placement office? the best option for fresh grads is to get interviews through their university.

btw if you want me to look at your resume and give you any pointers I can do so. I dont have much experience in health care area at all, but am a marketing guy and can look at it from that angle. you can scrub personal info, addy, ph no , school name in order to maintain your privacy.
