**jo tere rukhsar Py hy or jo mery dil mai hai
ho no ho dono ke kambakhti isi aik til mai hy

mujh pr manzil per ponhach kr raz aksar ye khula
jo maza hy justujo mai wo kahan manzil mai hy

kuch samajh kar he hova hoon moj-e-darya ka raqeeb
warna mai bhi janta hoon afiyat sahil mai hay

kuch pashemani shayad us sang dil ky dil mai hy
warna mera zikr kyu phir aaj us mehfil mai hy

ab lar sakta nahi hoon mai gam-e-jana sy shaad
hai gam-e-doran ka ghalba dil pe dil mushkil mai hy…!**

wht is the difference between gheebat and venting ?

although venting may be expression of your frustration and can be termed as negative catharsis, but gheebat is always negative and no one is justified for that
