that is why over the years, he has rightfully eanred the title sunny 'DOG' deol. gud luck to his fading career. time after time, he rips it out of pakistan one way or another and this time he is doing it to the sikhs'. you'd think he would have some shame, being a sikh himself. innocent ppl got caught up in a bomb blast coz of this toss.

Sunny dog deol eh, never heard that before. I dont understand “that is why” part of your comment. He is treated as god in punjab, every punjabi from punjab tries to prove his relation with deol family.
I dont know the story of the movie but i am pretty sure it isnt against khalsa. some idiots are making issue on the name of the movie and thats it.
Do you guys have any source which confirms the motive of the blasts??

After watching the ads, I personally thought if anything the movie depicts the valiant heroics of a Sikh guy (??)
Kaka, you’re right about the title of the movie – ppl are saying that religious slogans shouldn’t be used cuz they can be misinforming to the audience who might be expecting a religious movie

As far as Sunny Deol goes, yes… I don’t watch his movies anymore ever since his movies have had a biased political agenda… but his good flicks in the 90s’ like Ghayal are ever-memorable.

I myself is half sikh, and i dont care about the name of the movie nor i have seen any of my sard friends taking offence of it.Now days media write waht every tom dick and harry says, so people use it for their convineant. (remember some times ago it was all over the news that someone claimed that dharmendra and hema malini were muslims)
I dont watch sunny deol very much, neither him nor the movie has to do anything with entertainment. (tho i like few films of sunny very much .ghayal, arjun, damini type).
we desis take movies way too seriously. It seems that tolrence in our society getting rare and rare. There are thousands of movies which have religious names and bad characters in the movies have names of god . In most ofthe movies they show sards as dumb and no body cares but here they are making it an issue.
politics is intruding in entertainment industry too much.
