If a man displays lack of ALL three above qualities towards his parents then he cannot be good to anyone. On the other hand if the parents repeatedly lie to him they are displaying lack of honesty and “faithfulness”.
And in spite of this if the man continues to do his duty he will hopefully be fine with Ram or Rahim.
