JMs 30 day shred

Level 1 Day 1:

i fared quite well. It wasn’t as bad as I remembered. I did modify all the abs moves since my C my muscles can’t so those. Not even nalaik anita moves.

am doing it on YouTube.
Just 20 min a day. Very doable.

Level 1 Day 2:

much more difficult than yesterday. My knee was giving me trouble on the butt kicks so I do jumping jacks or high knees there.

my knees were the reason I gave up last time so I think I am gna do longer cool down stretches from fitness blender.

Had a takeaway yesterday so have to improve my diet for sure.

It is a YouTube channel and they have really awesome free workouts of all sorts available so you can mix and match.

Level 1 day 3:

well my push ups are improving. Knee still sore. I am not sure if I should be pushing the knee. Reading the reviews some people got really bad knees from it.

did the fitnessblender stretching afterwards.

my baby's reaction to this is hilarious. First two days she really couldn't make out what mommy was upto. Today she was all over me. Trying to climb me. Pulling my braid, trying to join in the stretching.

Level 1 day 4...

ouchhhhhh my knee.

i am doing my own modifications on most of the exercise just making sure I keep moving for the 20 min and then doing nice long stretches.

Well I am on Level 2 day 9. Cant wait to start level 3.

Well my knees folded on this one and I had to give it up midway through level 2
