JIT hired a forensic firm in UK to examine documents. Whether the trust deed was signed in 2006 or 2008 is not relevant as the apartments have nothing to do with Pakistan and are not in Pakistan’s jurisdiction. If Nawaz Sharif stole some money from Pakistan whilst in power then JIT should tell us, instead of a grand fishing exercise aimed at pressurising the PM to resign at the behest of the establishment.

False, calibari has been there since 2004. I published two papers in this font. From wiki. Calibari became default on 2007. This is beyond pathetic. Trying to send my papers from 2004. In nutshell, this Report of JIT, after consuming my resources and attention for whole 60+ plus days…
Have they found Evidence against Shareefs or NOT? if yes, then Shareefs should be tried in court and their wealth should be confisicated…
BUT…
if not and all JIT have is the stories that they have more than what they should have..then my friends it is all topi drama and story telling…
Cause if Mighty ISI and MI cannot dig a conclusive evidence while threathening the witnesses and tapping the Phones and what not, then i can say that there isnt enough evidence to declare shareefs as criminals…

Ok so i just spent 3 hours digging my Grad school papers published in Transportation Research Board, American society of civil engineering and American council on energy efficient economy from 2005/6 time frame written in calinbari, currently in PDF formats from the proceedigns website. Even spend $15 to renew my ACEE membership. I just sent these to Ahsan Iqbal, Saad Rafiq, SS from their facebook pages. Any other suggesstion? This calim of Calibari not available until 2007 is as bogus as it gets. Any thoughts where else I can send this evidence ?

All party affiliation aside, what is the future here? This is by no means a partial inquiry. This is not how inquiries are done. Regardless of ones opinion, law has to be blind and evidence must be concrete. What this JIT did will not stand even thinest of defense in court of law with impartial judges. This should not be dragged this long but PMLN/NS cant just accept this otherwise who will protect others in future from similar bogus investigation. This is clear case of stand up, going to supreme judicial council. I dont think NS should even bother challenging it in SC, simply go to Supreme Judicial council. I am certain all top legal minds will take NS side to protect law from this kind of jerry mendring. I am baffled at this trash after reading through it just baffled.

There is a chance that the whole font thing is coming out of over-zealous PTI photoshop machinery. But regardless, the JIT report is everything but good for this govt. Ideally, NS should resign now and let someone else (from his own party) act as the PM till 2018. It’ll be in respect of justice and the system will continue to run smoothly as well.

This JIT and even our SC were actually not able to investigate such a corruption . This 60 days limitation was also not practical , We should have call Scotland Yard for this . But why only Nawaz ?
Since decade or more I am talking about this with people and see no way without a new social , political & regional contract .
