Sharifs maybe be guilty as charged but this JIT failed to prove it in their investogations…period!!! it is not the responsibility of the accused to produce evidence to prove himself guilty…it was JIT’s task..and for your utter disappointment they have failed miserably…

Case is so strong that 2 senior most SC judges who would be next CJs of Pakistan already convicted Haramkhor of Haramkhori. Anyhow, 3 Junior judges thought that case is too strong and it is not good to convict Haramkhor so easily, hence they decided that nose of Haramkhor should be rubbed on rusty ground and make him naked in front of the whole nation. So, they gave verdict that … Haramkhor ko dunya kay samnay nanga ker kay, ulta leta kay, 60 din tak maro. … hence they formed a team of JIT to do the job.
That is what happened. Harmkhor got lot of beating in front of whole nation for 60 days. … Obviously, since haramkhor has given nothing new in front of JIT … there is good chance that all 3 judges would follow what 2 judges did … convict this Mafia Don, confiscate his properties, and send him to jail.
Pajama Leak was Allah kee lathi, jiss nay Pakistan kay sab say baray haramkhor ko juta mar mar kay puri quom kay samnay kala munh ker diya.
I hope this would not stop with biggest Haramkhor of the country, as Pakistan have many more. Now, it is time, after sending NS to where he belongs, in gallows, Pakistan would take care of other haramkhors too, sending them to gallows.

I think, you got completely misguided by propaganda machine of Haramkhor. Backside of NS is releasing gas, denying that 2 judges convicted him. Fact is that, judgement was split and also incomplete… You should know that religion of Haramkhor is Lie.
Decision was Split because 2 judges convicted NS of Haramkhori … while 3 judges gave no firm decision and favoured further investigation (hence JIT). It also means, 3 judges have differed the decision.
If SC decision was final than there would have been no need for JIT. Obviously, Need for JIT was asked by only 3 judges, that is obvious too, as 2 out of 5 judges already gave their verdict .. guilty.
Since 2 judges were in minority (2 out of 5), JIT was established to further investigate … and since 2 judges already declared NS guilty … JIT investigation is only for 3 remaining judges who differed their judgement.
Now NS team of lanati Darog go team is spreading lies from day one and one of the lie is what Jang-group published on JIT report. Result … SC judge has declared (today) that report published in Jang are lies … and also sent notice to khalil-ur-Rahman (Jang owner and editor) as well as report … on contempt of court.

on the contrary, you because of bias against this govt has totally lost it…be it the judgement or the proceedings…please take your time and read the judgement and take a help of a good lawyer to understand it…then we shall talk…

Be clear: You mean … 2 senior most judges of SC in bench of 5 judges looking into the case, did not convicted NS as guilty?

The two judges who ruled against PM Nawaz Sharif said he should be disqualified as he could no longer be considered ‘honest’ and ‘truthful’ (ameen and sadiq), whereas the other three were in favour of forming a JIT to definitively answer the question of whether the allegations against the prime minister were true or not.

**Well, final verdict is already there from 2 judges (as these two judges, after all the hearings in SC, are already convinced that NS is haramkhor).
But remaining 3 judges (who favoured JIT) has not given any verdict … that is, they have not given verdict that NS is haramkhor neither they have given verdict that NS is haramkhor. They want JIT before giving their verdict .. that is why final verdict is still pending.
**It also mean … verdict is not pending for 2 judges (as they already gave their final verdict against NAWAZ and need no JIT for their decision) … while 3 judges who want JIT have not given their final verdict yet (neither in favour of NS or against). **
Result: Haramkhor Pappu 2 paper may fail ho giya … 3 paper kay liyea waqt mil giya (60 days of JIT). … After JIT, if 3 judges would say that NS is not guilty than he would be ‘not guilty’ … but even if 1 judge after JIT would say that he is convinced that NS is guilty of Haramkhori, than NS would be guilty.

The bench, comprising Justice Sheikh Azmat Saeed, Justice Ijazul Ahsan and Justice Ejaz Afzal, after examination of the report, asked for transcripts of all speeches made in the last 60 days by PML-N’s Talal Chaudhry, Railways Minister Saad Rafique, and the PM’s Special Assistant on Political Affairs Asif Kirmani, presumably to examine them for contemptuous content. (That would be the 3 judges who gave Sharif a breather by not disqualifying him, and asked for further investigation)
Noon and its followers are vehemently trying to shape a public narrative, so that whatever the outcome of the SC may be, they can claim something…whether victory, or victimization, or martyrdom. No matter what the outcome, the Sharif family has been brutally scarred over the past year…and most of the scarring is self inflicted, thanks to their politicization of the case, and production of forged evidences. Pretty immature.

In its 254-page report, JIT suggests NAB reference be filed agains*t PM Nawaz Sharif, his sons
PM and his family’s assets beyond their known means, observes JIT
ISLAMABAD: Noting that the PM’s family’s assets do not match their known income, the joint investigation team (JIT) probing their offshore assets has recommended filing of reference against Nawaz Sharif and his sons with the National Accountability Bureau (NAB).
Members of the high-powered JIT submitted on Monday its fourth and final, 256-page report to the apex court.
“Failure on the part of all Respondents to produce the requisite information confirming “known sources of income’ is prima facie tantamount to not being ablento justify assets and the means of income,” the report read.
After receiving the report, the top court allowed the petitioners and respondents in the case to obtain copy of the report from the apex court’s registrar office.

there are tons of references in NAB..it doesn’t make any difference!!! i doubt if there is any politician who do not have NAB reference or court case!!!
Hassan and Hussain both are not Pakistani citizens…( MashaAllah, tells ton about NS’s love with Pakistan) so how come NAB can file reference against British citizens?
