Think … 2 senior most SC judges have already convicted Haramkhor of corruption … so, you think these 2 judges convicted Haramkhor NS without accusation of crime and fair trial? 
I do not think so. I think that these 2 senior most judges convicted Haramkhor after corruption case got established, Lawyers argued for and against corruption of Haramkhor, and after these 2 judges concluded that fair trail has happened, and that Haramkhor is guilty of corruption.
3 junior judges who went for JIT also gone through same corruption case, Lawyers hearing and thus fair trial. They did not gave any judgement but differed their judgement … to be given after JIT. Haramkhor Thug did not give anything new in front of JIT, rather, JIT found many other evidences that shows, Haeamkhor is mega corrupt and Lanati … so, it would be much easy for these 3 judges to give their judgement … no need to even hear Haramkhor and his stories full of lies again. Anyhow, they can give haramkhor few hours of hearing, no so-called legal fight, but even few hours of hearing is not even necessary to convict or give final judgement. These 3 judges can give their judgement evaluating past hearings and JIT report, just like 2 judges who have already given their judgement and convicted Haramkhor of corruption.
