So, if after months of hearing in SC and after that SC did form a JIT to investigate and then decides to disqualify NS.

Who here is telling that SC can’t do this if it is hearing a CIVIL petition about article 62/63 and this is not according to law?!? There must be a trial court who can decide if article 62/63 violated.
