Be clear: You mean … 2 senior most judges of SC in bench of 5 judges looking into the case, did not convicted NS as guilty?

The final verdict was split 3-2 among the five-judge bench, with two dissenting notes from Justice Asif Saeed Khosa and Justice Gulzar Ahmed. Justice Ejaz Afzal authored the majority opinion in the 540-page verdict.

The two judges who ruled against PM Nawaz Sharif said he should be disqualified as he could no longer be considered ‘honest’ and ‘truthful’ (ameen and sadiq), whereas the other three were in favour of forming a JIT to definitively answer the question of whether the allegations against the prime minister were true or not.
**You should know that … ‘Final (full) verdict has not come yet’. …
**Well, final verdict is already there from 2 judges (as these two judges, after all the hearings in SC, are already convinced that NS is haramkhor).
But remaining 3 judges (who favoured JIT) has not given any verdict … that is, they have not given verdict that NS is haramkhor neither they have given verdict that NS is haramkhor. They want JIT before giving their verdict .. that is why final verdict is still pending.
**It also mean … verdict is not pending for 2 judges (as they already gave their final verdict against NAWAZ and need no JIT for their decision) … while 3 judges who want JIT have not given their final verdict yet (neither in favour of NS or against). **
Result: Haramkhor Pappu 2 paper may fail ho giya … 3 paper kay liyea waqt mil giya (60 days of JIT). … After JIT, if 3 judges would say that NS is not guilty than he would be ‘not guilty’ … but even if 1 judge after JIT would say that he is convinced that NS is guilty of Haramkhori, than NS would be guilty.
