There is going to be a huge disappointment for all of these. There is no legal recourse here. If PM is disqualified as a result of JIT, we all should be very worried, this means any one can come and tell me that Mr. Chaudhry you have a home in Chicago Suburbs, you are corrupt or you prove it and I go back 20 years to show how i saved/invested. The game planners thought like upteenth time that NS will resign but he DOES NOT have that bone in him, he will never resign, if you want to take over Govt, come and take it and impose Martial law, why play these games where future of many people is disrupted. No matter what, now there may be a precedence in law that will have long term implications.
Also for others, a basic understanding of law is important for every one. SC is not the place to run case, its an appeals and legal review forum. For some one to get punishment there has to be a crime. There is no crime indicated here. If London flats are owned by corruption, the people who think that needs to bring the case, provide proof and allow the accused to defend. One way streets doesn’t work. From this point forward, the best scenario for Court to actually go for a case against PM, push the case to session court and let the process go, that is people who think NS is corrupt, provide proofs and let accused defend. Not by saying we think you are corrupt and provide proof of every penny of 40 years. The Judge Khosa and othe4r Judge will need to be recuse for any thing further. They dont deserve to be on SC, they have violated basic tenant of being Judge that is bringing their personal opinion in writing.
