I am surprised you missed this movie in the USA. I watched it about a year ago in the theater. It was an excellent movie based on the historical facts and not the loser movie like ghandi in which history has been distorted.
I am sure you will like it. But bear in mind it is story of history so don't expect any fancy stuff in there. You may at times get little distracted but concentrate and you will be terrified by some of the scenes.

yeah thats what I am wondering too! I never heard of it coming to the US, I mean I heard when I was Pakistan that they had this show where the then Information minister approved it
I havent seen the movie but i heard that its good.
But let me suggest that its much better to watch the PTV drama "Jinnah Sey Quaid".
Its an excellent play wit accurate historical play.

Actually I have seen that. Its good, but changing the old yonger Qaid to the old was done very bad, they shouldnt have changed the person. Anyway the interesting thing is that Junaid Jamshed was the first choice of the director but since he didnt have the time to do the series, he suggested his cousin Shehryar who plays Muhammad Ali jinnah.
