Jinnah Se Quaid-e-azam

Ok, I was waching this new drama Jinnah se Quaid-e-Azam today
on Prime. The drama is new but they shot it black&white. I think they
started it last week but I watched from 4th, 5th and 6th episode.

Actors fit their characters like glove. From Jinnah, to Fatima, to Ratan
(Jinnah’s wife), Ghandi and so on. Drama is full with rich details and
period sets.

The story is ofcourse of Quaid-e-Azam Mohammed Ali Jinnah from the
days of his return to India, his love affair with Parsi girl and key figure
in Indian politics. Very Informative, indeed.

It's notta new drama.

It has been broadcasted twice times :D

Yes

It has been telecasted originally on PTV 3 years ago.

Now, they are showing on different Pakistani Channels.

It's a great story of Jinnah. I loved it!

I saw it back in 1997-8!!! Hardly new!!!

The drama is way better than the movie--Jinnah. The guy playing Jinnah is supposed to be Junaid Jamshed's cousin, if I remember correctly. And the girl playing Fatima was 16/canada when she was selected for the role. She is prolly no more than 16/17 in the play. Yes, it's quite old now but still worth watching.

na, i think the movie was much better - the performances were much better, and of course there was a lot more money spent on the movie, so the quality of the camerawork, and the sets/clothes were better.

But the drama was pretty good.

PCG, what do you expect? We had the great Christopher Lee playing that role!!! He played the role splendidly!!!
