whether Jinna did or not, it shouldn’t be surprising if he did - if he could cleave his own motherland for a personal agenda, it is entirely in character to create agencies to sustain it.

Thanx for the analysis,..But I agree,…you know why,..because he learned from your
Gandhi…Now I have to find out that hand drawn secret blue print which Gandhi gave to Jinnah,…To create ISI,..Police,..Army,..and other Govt dept etc,..
