If there’s a possibility that this is a neurological/psychological problem (considering that Neurolith is used to treat mania and manic depressive states)…then such problems are not going to disappear by moving to another country. One would require treatment…even outside of Pakistan. One can implement a combo of drugs and ruqya (prayer, dua, recitation of surahs, tasbeeh) for healing.
Now…as you say that it’s black magic (which I’m not denying the existence of)…whoever it is that is doing the black magic…couldn’t they still try to harm you from Pak…even if you’ll be living abroad? I mean I don’t know how it works exactly. Perhaps the effect are stronger when you live closer to the one practicing black magic…and become weaker…the greater the distance. But if it can still be harmful, it’s something to consider. As far as jinns are concerned…I think they live all over the world. I guess what I’m trying to say is that …based on your posts…there seems to be a problem…and while we’re not sure where exactly it’s stemming from…an “escape” alone might not resolve it. It would also require some treatment.
