hello everyone , alot of people are familiar with jillian michaels shred well the ripped in 30 is her new program where she does her 3-2-1 system 3minutes of strength 2 min of cardio and 1 min of abs and has 3 circuits with 4 levels. i was wondering if anyone is doing it or has done it and what kind of results they got, iam on level 2 day 5 and move onto level 3 on monday however iam not following her meal plan since i dont like most of the options she has given.
if anyone else is doing it it would be great to hear some of your input ![]()
Hey I did this last year for summer and my body look the best it ever had in my whole life it really does give u a proper ripped look!! I totally recommend this exercise plan gonna restart this from Monday. Good luck n keep us posted on how well ur doing :)

I did it a couple months ago, got good results and have just begun it for the second time. To be honest the first time I was doing it my junk food intake was quite high and I still lost weight. This time I am trying to limit calories, hoping to see even better results.

^ haha.... ahhh that is annoying. I just bought the shred. Should I return it and buy this one?

It's actually a little harder than the Shred. When I was doing Ripped for the first time, I would feel very light headed during the first few minutes. It just goes really fast starting from the very beginning.
Talking about Shred, it has both Cardio and Strength Training exercises where as Ripped has more of the latter. I myself find cardio easier than ST so I found Ripped to be more aggressive. Having said that both are beneficial but for beginners I would say Shred might be a better choice.

the moves are pretty much the same as in the shred, i just like how its only 30 mins and time flies .. i just count down the circuits :D
iam on level 3 day 3, so sore and actually shedding lbs :D :D

Today I started level 2 and towards the end of it hurted my back really really bad. :(

aww poor sajalina you shud take care of back, neck and knee injuries. Put ice or hot pack on ur back.
I am thinking instead of doin the Shred version, I shud look around for the Ripped version hehe.

I did the ice packs on day 2 of injury which did seem to help a bit. Wish I had done them right after it happened. This just puts a big damper on my workout plans, god knows how long it’ll be before I can do the Ripped again. :hinna:
