currently i'm using 1kg weights but I think I should start using the 2 kg weights. Tomorrow after I'm done with my jogging I'm doing the JM level one again...
Nj ... I know you helped your friend lose 25 pounds... any tips on losing weight quick ...i've been walking / running (interval training) for the past 4 weeks but haven't seen any difference at all except my endurance increasing .... My biggest prob area is my lower body I can't seem to get it to budge...
any and all tips are welcome
