well u need to do 30 day shred daily. i didnt do it daily though i skipped a few days in between and still i am getting the results.

I would do 6 days a week -to see maximum results - you need your muscles to rebuild again.

thats the beauty of this exercise that it is very short only 27 minutes.

27 minutes...that's it??? I have a 90 minutes work out that I can hardly do for 40 minutes and I still think it's not enough. Does it really work? I have to buy and try I guess.
i personally wasn't able to keep up with it...literally...it is a really good workout but by the time i finished it... i was out. I wuld sit down for at least an hour and had no energy to do anything. I mean i m use to working out (i work out 5 times a week...at the gym or ran for 30 mins at the park), but i wuld be tooooooo sleepy / weak after the 30 day shred work out.
Looks like you need a 2-3 weeks break!

yea..i started again. i m on 6th day and i use 5lbs weights and gosh that hurts. Every time i do the excercise i curse at jillian like gazillion times during the workout but totally worth the pain!!

Looks like you need a break too.
Pain is your body's way to telling you that it needs rest (in other words some down time to repair itself :-) ).

well define - pain - muscles are sore or you can't move??
it's better to do the workout without weight or lessen the weights. My arms killed but then my body got use to it.
It's a hard workout - but go at your speed
where did you download boost your metabolism dvd from? i would love to try that one also.
download it frm sum good torrent , convert it into dvd mode .

thanks coccoo. i downloaded both of the cds but have not tried any of them yet. cuz it was hot during the last few days so i am waiting for the temperature to drop to 20's and then i wll try both boost metabolism and no more trouble zones inshAllah.

started banish fat boost metabolism today and it was tough for me. i skipped the last 5 minutes. but definetly a very good exercise.

well they are longer in duration 60 minutes each. and the banish fat boost metabolism has some moves from the 3rd level of 30 day shred. so u need more stamina to do these.
