well i have tried so many exercises like treadmill and cycling etc but they are not as effective as this dvd. i still sometimes do these cardio exercises though.
about the 3 levels the intensity of the exercise increase with each level.
each level has strength training, cardio and abs, and warmup and cool down (ofcourse).
and the reason i like it so much is that it is a relatively short exercise. about 27 minutes.
