Even those laws are being misused most of the times. Again, the problem is the lawlessness. But then again, we have speech of freedom law in West and people have used and abused it thousands of time.

I think the media should be more responsible and shouldn’t give any air time to people like him.

I agree, but the question is will media agree to such restrictions? If you put ban on coverage of party, you will find a statement from leader of other party hurting feelings. There is no dearth of idiots when we talk about Pakistani politics.
