PD....First aircraft of LCA in limited series production (LSP-1) already flew. Which means LCA is closer to full scale production. Besides, it is not like yours where there is no need to test for weapons integration, aerodynamics or anything of that sort ;)

LCA-Tejas has completed total 676 test flights successfully(TD1-207,TD2-258,PV1-138,PV2-28,PV3-39,LSP1-6

So Hindustan will have 10 Light Combat Aircrafts by the end of 2007 like the JF-17 Thunder aircraft?

Including technology demonstrators and prototype variants, then perhaps yes!. not very sure about the number. But by 2010, 20 will be there (only production variants).

Well if you take the 4 prototypes of the JF-17 Thunder aircrafts currently in Pakistan than the number of these aircrafts in the PAF will be atleast 14-16 by the end of 2007.

Don't you think the 2010 waiting time for the Light Combat Aircraft for the induction is a long time? By that time Pakistan would atleast have it's first 50 JF-17 Thunder aircrafts with it's Chinese avionics insha'allah..
