of course NOT! first of all, i never heard such linkage…secondly, do you think race plays a role when it comes to the level of intelligence one has? we have to accept the fact that they perform better than others because of their better education system, better access to funds and they are simplyu more organized.

But there is something special about them. They were not always that organized. Indeed they faced severe hostility over the centuries. We can say that may be that hardship made them serious about their survival.
