Re: Jewellery Question
what kind of jewellery are u looking for?
Re: Jewellery Question
Actually my question is about jewellery care...are you a jeweller?
Re: Jewellery Question
hmmm jewlery care for gold jewlery???
Re: Jewellery Question
Is it your family jewels you need to take care of?
Re: Jewellery Question
and the question is how to keep it as good as new ?
Re: Jewellery Question
never leave your jewlery out or in plastic bags, try to keep them in velvet cloth wrap them in it so the beads and gold wont wore out. put it in where they are not smash or use an valvet jewlery box its perfect and polish them frequently if you want them to look new for another 100 yrs.. i think thats the best way you can take care of your jewlery thats what i do and for many years my jewlery still looks brand new... :)
Re: Jewellery Question
Here is my question: What to do if your ring, made of tungsten carbide, gets some scratches? I love the ring but my heart sank when I discovered that I have caused *my precious *a few scratches -- nothing major just some vertical lines probably after contact with car keys.
Re: Jewellery Question
Can u take it to the place u bought it from?
Re: Jewellery Question
I thought tungsten couldnt be scratched? Or was the jeweller i went to, was lying to me? ![]()
I dont think you can do anything about the scratches though. Once they are there, you may have to get them fixed professionally.

Yup, tungsten carbide is 'scratch resistant'. These are not conpicuous scratches, they are thin lines that I have noticed while admiring My Precious under a lamp. :D
Now that I wear for only special occasions, my hand misses the feel of it. I miss Precious.
