hmm.there r mainly two.....LIBRA and NAURATTAN.
my inlaws r big fan of Libra jewellers but i personally like Nauratten jewellers ...its designs r very classy and latest...so i usually buy ffro m naurattan jewellers...both r in cantt sialkot

Ruby jeweller is also better if u want small sets for gifts or daily use.

for diamond...Naurattan is best is Sialkot....its diamond has warranty.
