You have to! otherwise you’d be implying that proper understanding of the Holy Quran has become the domain of Arabs for eternity! Quran is not just Arabic, it is a far bigger miracle which contains guidance for all rightious people and men of understanding, not just men who speak Arabic.
I can talk to a born American in English about a complex concept for hours, but it might fly over his head - on the otherhand a new immigrant who has understanding but a limited grasp of the language might understand it right away.
