Well i personally think that a muslim can’t do it, and people know who did that blast..Secondly i am not creating hate, But i am telling a reality to people so that they don’t fall in your trap which will ultimately take them out of the fold of Islam, and i personally also think that if you read Mirza Qadiyani’s books, you will yourself leave Qadiyani relegion and turn into a muslim inshALLAH..
