I’m interested in making jerk chicken. I have a recipe, but if any of you have one that has been tried, tested and true…please do post it up here!

Hinna if you live in GTA, Loblaws has this amazing jerk sauce its called “PC Memories of Montego Bay Fiery Jerk Sauce” its very yummy and spicy.

I will give away one simple and very easy way of making jerk chicken so easily and without any hassle..yes TESTED, TRIED and result is awsome…
what i used to do to make jerk chicken is this..
well i will cut very short…so here it begins..
Take a sealable bag…
throw lime juice in there (just a bit)
2 finely chopped onions throw them in the bag..
any salad dressing will do any jerk chicken sauce will do… throw a bit in the bag
throw any CRUSHED spices in the bag
I personally add yoghurt and soya sauce and minced garlic just to spice it up…and bit of vinegar. but its upto you..
the bottom line is when everything is ready and in that bag ..Dont forget the dressing or sauce then Mix that bag so BADDDDDDDDDDD that everything is well mixed..then add chicken in that bad mix well and throw it in a fridge for at least 3 hours… (really its upto you how much u wannt keep in fridge)
then throw it on the broiler..the trick here to cook it with STEAM …usually it gets ready in 10-20 mins…
at the end i just pour more lime juice on it to make it spicy.

The word ‘jerk’ made me think of you. I thought only pigs were jerks. I thought you might be able to help out Hinna and explain how chickens can be jerks too
