I think there are many muslim women in the world who wear bikini and sunbathe on the beach.obviously jemima a socialite and hugh grant one of the biggest stars of Uk having "fun" on the beach will be profitable for the tabloids.
I remember when in a press conference she announced that she has embraced Islam and her name from now on is haiqa khan.imran khan said that she studied Islam and then decided to convert etc etc.
I think if she is still muslim she can always get Allah guidance.
