I guess it is not a matter of Pakistani or western culture...If she would have been married in UK/USA ...then too... i guess ,she would have been Divorced with this kind of an affair,outside her marriage!

London: An intimate photograph of British actor heartthrob Hugh Grant and Jemima Goldsmith, divorced wife of ex-Pakistan cricket captain Imran Khan, in reclining embrace on top of page one of yesterday’s Daily Express (London) newspaper invites the reader to turn to a two-page spread of the couple in the inside pages.
If you turn to the spread you will find six amorous, flagrante delicto photographs of the couple professedly taken on a yacht in the Mediterranean.
The accompanying article headlined “Hugh and Jemima: A Very Public Passion” reads, “If he was distressed at news of his ex-wife’s romance with Hugh Grant, Imran Khan will be heartbroken to see these photos. Here is Jemima, mother of his two sons, locked in passionate embrace with the handsome actor”.
The accompanying article goes on to say, “After months of playing cat and mouse with the paparazzi and convincing no one with that “just good friends routine”, Hugh, 43, and millionairess Jemima, 30, are now so wrapped up in each other they don’t care what anyone thinks — not even her ex-husband of nine years.”
It goes on to quote the daughter of the billionaire Sir John Goldsmith as saying she was “having the time of her life” with Grant.
Continues the Express, “Compared to her lonely life In Islamabad, supporting her 51-year old deeply religious husband as the former cricket legend single-mindedly pursued his dream of becoming Pakistan’s political leader, Hugh’s wit and frivolity must have been a breath of fresh air for Jemima.
“He seems preoccupied with little more than golf, women, parties and the occasional worry that his life is shallow.”
Before departing on the holiday with the Khans’ two sons, Sulaiman and Kasim, Grant reportedly took Jemima to meet his father James in Cornwall.
And, punning on Hugh Grant’s film, “Love Actually’, the article concludes with the query, “So, with their relationship now progressing apace, could this really be love, actually?”

Hugh Grant is all set to propose to Jemima. According to reports Jemima Goldsmith could be the woman to finally get playboy Hugh Grant up the aisle. According to sources close to the couple Hugh has plans to get down on one knee very soon, having told his father that he had never been so in love. Jemima has also been spilling the beans on their relationship, telling friends that she has never been happier and that she wants the world to know how in love she is. But don’t go buying wedding gifts just yet, Jemima says she wants to let the dust settle following her split from Imran Khan before she starts shopping for dresses.

Hugh Grant takes Jemima to dinner with his dad!
London, Aug 16 (ANI): Things seem to be hotting up on the Hugh Grant and Jemima Goldsmith front with the former taking Jemima to his home for a meeting with his father James.
According to British reports, the ‘Notting Hill’ star drove the recently divorced Jemima, ex-wife of Pakistani cricketer Imran Khan, to Cornwall after which they went for dinner with James to the Atlantic House Hotel at New Polzeath.
The trio ordered a set three-course meal of soup, fish and dessert for 17.50 pounds a head and Jemima reportedly shared a fabulous rapport at the dinner with the Hollywood star’s father.
“It was a little awkward at the start but they were soon laughing and joking. Hugh’s dad really hit it off with Jemima, and Hugh seemed pleased about that,” The Sun quoted a fellow diner as saying.
“He had obviously arranged the dinner to give his old man the chance to check out Jemima,” he added. (ANI)

At the time the marriage broke up, Jemima was in London with the two sons. She didn't send them to Pakistan after the divorce and I suspect that Imran won't be able to get them back even if he wants to, since UK courts generally favour leaving the children with their mother after a separation.
