Tariq Mairaj who produced wonderful serials ‘Angarwadi, Aashob, Bandhan, Neend, Achanak, Aatish, Aadhi Dhoop, Jinnah ke naam, Tinkay’ is back again with a serial ‘Jeena to hai’ written by: Iqbal Hassan Khan (writer of Neend, Achanak, Tinkay).
The cast included: Noman Ejaz, Abida Hameed (her second serial probably after ‘Eik thi Gudia’), Suhail Sameer, Erum Akhtar, Laila Zubari, Mohsin Gilani, Sajjad Kishwar & Batin Farooqi.

For some reason I keep getting a feeling that this play is a repeat telecast, but then they wouldn’t be showing it on prime time, right? anyway, it has a nice storyline. I like everyone’s acting, especially the older actors. Very realistic performance by everyone.

I think its not repeat telecast, keeping in view the sponsors its getting during prime time telecast.

It’s odd though, just a few weeks ago they had started season 2 of Faseel Jaan se Aage, which I loved so much. Then suddenly they started this play.

Yes immediate change in program schedule (with no prior announcement) is the major drawback of PTV.
