how come it doesn't include stories about how rich there parents were or they never moved a limb in their house while growing up???I was spoiled too but I am not proud of it unlike many aunties around here!I wish I was an expert cook :-(

My husband and I don't like to do family picnics etc with many desis.. we just stay in a very close circle and love each other's company!

for these guys .. a girl from pakistan who has done bachelor and a girl from here who has done masters. they will choose pakistani girl .. who has never been here ..

an offtopic comment but .. boys always want a dominating life. if a girl is more educated than them or earning more than them .. they certainly have a fear that they would not be able to dominate their partner the way the society or their family has done on other females. Cheap, but true

You see, I do not blame those wives to be suspicious of their husbands because these guys married those stupid girls because they “do not know too much” & not because they are smart or “know better” so while they can be suspicious of them & all, they might never dare to question them or object if their hubbies were caught cheating. These wives are not so stupid not to know that for the adventure & variety, these husbands would still be checking out other women & not their wives because they are ‘too simple’.

I must be the odd one out because I find these types of insinuations disgusting. If it was something said in a joke or even light-heartedly I would brush it off as an off-colour remark but that was not the case.

The thing that drives me batty is that even if you have such insecurities**…would you/should you really be sharing them with other wives?** Wouldn’t you rather have the discussion with your husband?

The same group decided to go on a bbq outing at the beach. Not only was I severely disappointed at the lack of interest in activities other than the actual cooking of the food and then sitting on blankets and resting under umbrellas I was super amazed that these same women were more concerned about the whereabouts of their husbands. Some were even noted to be commenting on what their husbands may be “looking at”!!!

Seriously?

I mean really folk, seroiusly?

Do women in this generation actually have these fears?

None of these ladies are less than pretty. They are all well put-together girls with at least a bachelor’s degree and they all have a child or two.

Yet they are worried about their husbands’ wandering eyes???

On top of everything, their attempt to keep an eye on husbands is nothing but futile. If the husband is sleazy, he wont be showcasing his orgies in front of his very wife:rotfl:
