I would feel better if I know that the other person seeks what’s good for me and not something else (under his/her breath)

Yeah a lot of people think Jazakallah is the do all end all of well wishes. They dont realize it needs to have Khair attached to it for it to become so.
What does Jazakallah in itself mean ?
How about we just shorten it to Jazaks as the fasion now seems to be :D
