When someone sneezes & says we reply “Yarhamuk-Allah”

878. Abu Hurairah (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (PBUH) said, "Allah likes sneezing and dislikes yawning. When any one of you sneezes and says Al-hamdu lillah (praise be to Allah)', it becomes obligatory upon every Muslim who hears him to respond with Yarhamuk-Allah (may Allah have mercy on you)‘. Yawning is from the devil. When one of you feels like yawning, he should restrain it as much as possible, for the devil laughs when one of you yawns.’’
     [Al-Bukhari].

When someone says we usually reply

“And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally.”

(Qur’an, An-Nisa 4:86)

BUT what about when someone says JazaakAllah khair .What do we reply then?

JazakAllah khair means " May Allah (swt) grant you goodness "

People usually reply to it:

Waiyyakum which literally means “and to you”

It is a form of dua`a though I haven’t come across it as being sunnah. In any case, when someone pray for another with “JazakAllah khair“, there’s nothing wrong in praying for the same for that person, in return by saying "Waiyyakum"
