Its called "Mundian to bach gayee" meaning Beware of the boys.
Its a popular song in Europe by Punjabi MC.

Its not that great I think he ruins and awesome dance song

don’t know much about him but once returning from college a friend of mine was playing his song. After listening to him for about 2 minutes or so my other friend went nuts, “oyi yaar yeh kiya ro raha hai” 
“band karo oyi ea gana”. To be honest he was right. I too found the sikh style punjabi singing a bit like mourning.
