Apperently from the drama serial Mehndi which runs on Indus Vision. Starring Aysha khan, Amina Haq, Adnan sadique, Abid Ali and some other.
Song is fabulous and the video is nice as well. Jawad’s vocal as always are sweet and he’s definatly proving himself as a verstile singer. Listen to the song it’s great. Starts like “gori karat singhar laga ke mehndi”

JAwad truely is one upcoming singer from Pakistan. Recently I heard and saw the video for Oh mere yaar. It is excellent. We need more people like Jawad coming into music in Pakistan!

He has been numero uno in 2002. In popularity he has beaten Abrar last year. And I am talking here of Solo artistss only. Najam/Rahim Shah/Hadiqa/Fakhir/JJ all are lined up as the runners up. They are all good.
He is still upcoming!
one or two years of being in the market doesnt mean that he is with the top dogs of Pakistani musicians! Atleast thats what my thinking is!
