the ghamdi-version of islam is yet another attempt along the lines of pervaiziyat and inkar-e-hadees. there are so many places where ulema-deen (irrespective of which sect they belonged to) rejected most of his concepts and the meanings he tries to propagate. and unfortunately the victim of this man (and alike) is our educated lot which is far away from religion…
this man never had courage to hold a munazira with any authentic aalim to get his point of view any weight among the masses. and as captian1 said, he was promoted during the mush era, he always tried to inject secularism into deen, twist and distort basic shaar-e-islam, and further intensified the division of moderate-islam and fundamentalist-islam as if there really is something like that…

So whats wrong with ‘Secularism’ ? or sharing equal rights for the masses living in Pakistan you want to brand it as ‘Secularism’ ? then what are the alternate brands ?
