Then who are these jurists which khanbabax and other muqalidds love to quote who say that ijma is fallible and you are not allowed to pick and choose.By the way landaleav, thanx for putting so valueable stuff on this forum

Here we are talking about Ijma of scholars and not Ummah, as latter cannot be found and Ummah only agrees on text of Qur’an and established Sunnah in practice. But in de-facto Sunni doctorine, it is believed that you cannot disagree with infalliable Sunni ijma. This is what Khanbabax and Usman Shahid are refering to, atleast according to my understanding.
