wasay have you ever seen special plays for 14th august? I have always seen major plays on 6th sept.

I think I did watch a few plays not worth recommending.I don't remember any old telefilm.

There used to be special series on Independence day besides Independent 14th August plays. Series like ‘Wafa ke Pekar’ and ‘Nisf Sadi Ka Qissa’ in 1990s were amazing.

In recent times, serials like "Daastan’, ‘Wo tees din’ were worth watching.

I also liked Umera Ahmed’s Muthi Bhar Mitti

Braheem Ki Talaash was amazing! It starred Behroz Sabzwari and Ghazala Kaifi.

There are so many good national songs.
It would take too much time to list them.
But these are all we all have heard/seen many times. :)
