I got it done last June...cost around $400 in Boston...and got it colored a week later..there was minimal damage..the hairstylist did a wonderful job.
I loved the low-maintenence care and high maintenance look..My hair is thick but its also rather silkly/fine ...and the procedure really made my hair look super flat..I ended up having to blow dry to add in volume at times...
Was a good experience, but I don't think I'd shell out that kinda money on my hair again..
