Why can’t most of them speak English?

why dont you learn how to speak japanese? 
It works both ways. I feel that since Americans and Japanese do so much business with each other, it is only appropriate ( as well as polite) for one to learn the other's language when dealing in business scenarios.

You'd be surprised. Many astutue American businessmen that deal with the Japanese on a regular basis have in fact learned at least basic Japanese.

If you ever go somewhere they take pictures of every damn thing.
I remember one time we went on vacation and my freind was readinng namaaz in front of them and they all started takinghis picture
