January trip to seattle and vancuouver, Canada...

hello,

my sisters and I are planning a trip to seattle and Canada in january..during this time ( jan 24 to feb 3rd) is the weather ok? it snows during this time?? we will stay in seattle for 2 or 3 days then head to Canada.

need recomendation for following..

what are the must see in both cities.
good plces to eat (halal )
should I wait untill mid of jan to book our tickets and hotels?
where to stay?
what route to take to drive to vancouver Canada?

Weather sucks. Like annoying sucks. Seattle is pretty much rain everyday (literally...). Vancouver is less rain, sometimes more snow. It just recently snowed here.

In terms of food, both places pretty much have everything you could want. I don't really have/know of any places to suggest.

If you're going from Seattle to Vancouver, I think there's pretty much only one way for the most part...then it branches to some borders gates which gave slightly different roads. Just google ahead of time to check out the traffic at each, cuz desis love to buy their milk and eggs from the us (..and gas). You can spend up 1 hour plus there. If you're taking a bus or something, that works too.

Also, even though it rains, no one had an umbrella.

Honestly man, just go to Hawaii...or alaska
