I know there is another thread on Jamshed Dasti and his opponents, i am not fan of this guy but i have seen this article and feel like to share it… i guess this article is showing the other side of one of the most controversial MNA of these times… Let see anyone from the that area can verify the claims mentioned here

As far as him being popular is concerned, that is never questioned. They vote for 'arrow' over there, that's about it.
The issue is not about being a degree holder either.
The issue is that the people who should be sent to jail for committing fraud against people of pakistan, election commission and parliament are kept as members parliament and ministers without any shame or remorse.

He didn’t produce a fake degree. That was issued by some Islamic institute. Honorable conducted an examination in court room and he failed. He was threatened to be sent in jail so he resigned.
I knew that all what they asked but I am sure if I am at a forum like S.C. and in that situation may be I fail.
Were they entitled to conduct such exam ?

He was asked those questions to give him a last chance after he could not produce a valid degree. They gave him every possible way to prove that he has a valid degree and asking questions was to give him a straw to clutch on. He could not. You have been saying this many times but if he had a valid degree, he would never resign. He claimed to have an MA in Islamiyat, for God’s sake.
Regardless of that, the primary responsibility of members of parliament is law-making and ensuring that those laws are enforced. I would not expect fraudulent people making laws for betterment of the country. This includes members of parliament from any party, robin hood or not.
We all know his ‘performance’ as chairman standing committee on sports and events like

MUZAFFARGARH: Enraged relatives of a patient, who died today over alleged doctor’s negligence, staged a protest demonstration in front of the Muzaffargarh Hospital and pelted stones…Dasti also reached the scene and joined the protest.
Later, the hospital administration assured protestors that action would be taken against the doctors, after which they ended the protest.
However, doctors alleged that they were tortured by the protestors on Dasti’s order.
What I meant to say is that people who are good for local people but unable to be sane in MNA/MPA seat or not-eligible for being a ‘lawmaker’ (ex degree requirement) then its better to make them nazim instead of pushing them to be MPA/MNA illegally.

Hospital negligence killed two in a day. In a case FIR against hospital staff was registered.
Hospital staff was protesting and relative of deceased were also protesting. Media got a chance against Dasti.
